
Returns
All items are quality checked prior to acceptance into Bast Apparel, but in the unlikely and unfortunate event you do receive a faulty item please follow the outlined proceedure.
Bast Apparel must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the faulty item. Please use the contact form online and outline the specific fault. We will then send a Return Authority Number to enable you to return the item to us. Any items received without an RA will be returned to the customer.
All items being returned must be returned in original condition. Any items that have been worn, washed, had the tags removed or are not in original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Once the faulty item has been accepted by Bast Apparel we will send out a replacement to that item. If a replacement is not available we will offer store credit. Postage fees are not included in refunds/store credits, however Bast Apparel will pay postage on the replacement item.
All returns will be dealt with on an individual basis.
